Last Wednesday, we headed to the arboretum (with tripod in tow) and set up an impromptu family photo session. My main goal for the trip was to *hopefully* get a great shot that we could use for our Christmas card this year. We were only there for about 15 minutes before Josie started melting down (and before the temperature started to drop significantly too).
I'm pretty happy with the way they turned out. Not too shabby for a tripod/self-timer/public location photo session.
Here are some of my faves:
**Dear Family: please do not print these out as they are most likely going to be your Christmas presents. Thanks!**

beautiful job Abbie! Your photos are looking great! hugs- Kelly
ReplyDeleteYOu got some great pictures. I really like the one in color of you all sitting on the ground.
ReplyDeleteBoy...I'm kind of speechless...and teary right now. I love them all, especially the first one...just because I LOVE pensive shots where people are not actually looking at the camera. These are shots that conjure up images of people's true faces for me.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite family one is the black & white of you sitting on the ground with Josie just cuddling. It presents such a lovely image of a loving family.
They're all great. Love you.
I also adore #2 & #3!
ReplyDeleteNice pictures!!!
